In modern apartments, now stove heating is no longer used. But in the country to meet the stove is a familiar business. And it also requires care and attention. And to give a neat appearance of the furnace, it must be plastered.
To begin with, the outer surfaces of the furnace must be cleaned of clay and dust, the seams between the bricks should be cleared into a depth of millimeters by 10. Next, the furnace must be thoroughly threw, since the solution for its finish is recommended to be applied to the hot surface.
There are several recipes for the manufacture of plaster “stove” solution. The main one is a combination of clay, sand and asbestos. You can also add cement or lime to this composition. But in any case, the sand should be twice as much as clay. And by consistency the solution should resemble liquid sour cream.
The well -heated stove is first moistened with water and immediately applied a five -milestone layer of plaster. As soon as he grabs, one more layer needs to be applied on top, but already thicker in its consistency. Plaster must immediately be leveled and wiped.
When the second layer of plaster completely dries, the furnace will need to be painted with lime milk with the addition of table salt (per bucket of lime solution – 100 g of salt). Or paint the surface of the furnace to match the walls. But it is better not to use oil paint – take adhesive.
