For the construction of objects of affordable housing in the Kharkov region, authorities allocated 70 hectares of land plots. The relevant information was provided by the correspondents of our resource in the Office for Architecture and Urban Planning of the Kharkov Regional State Administration, which presented inexpensive real estate in Kharkov.
For this period of time, the city authorities determined 10 sites for the construction of 10 sites, which will also be used to implement the second stage of the Affordable Housing program, which has already begun work under the region. The essence of this program is that the construction of residential property will be carried out directly in the allocated areas. In addition, all sites are planned to be equipped with all the necessary communications, which implies the need to attract a significant number of financial resources. All security is planned to be implemented exclusively at the expense of the local budget.
At the moment, work in the selected direction is carried out quite actively. Last year, the number of such plots for construction in the region was 10, 7 of which were located directly in Kharkov.
