In the context of widespread and global urbanization, the obvious lack of free space in most cities, multi -apartment residential complexes are becoming more popular and widespread, growing in breadth and in height. One of the development companies Singapore set out to realize the largest residential building from the country ever created in the country.
The Capitaland architectural bureau is active in developing a new residential complex called Sky Habitat. It will include two 38-story towers interconnected by several crossings-crossings (the solution is not new for modern architecture). As planned by the authors, this will be fabulously white and drowning in green vegetation, a building in several levels. Presumably, it will consist of more than 570 apartments.
The designer of Israeli-Canadian origin of Moshe Safdie is responsible for the original component of the future project. He paid close attention to the green plantations presented at all levels of the complex, it is supposed to create the most optimal position of the structure regarding the sun. It will implement a natural ventilation system for each room.
As indicated above, two high -altitude towers of the residential complex are planned to be connected by means of three bridges. In addition to their direct purpose, two of the three transitions will act as a rest zone, but on the third they placed a pool with a length of 50 meters.
Builders do not plan to limit themselves exclusively by the architectural component of the building, but also pay close attention to the improvement of the entire adjacent territory. Near the building it is supposed to equip several pools, a park, as well as children’s playgrounds.
